I used ZenBusiness for my first company and switched to these guys for my second. Registered Agents Inc feels a bit more hands-on, less upsell-y. ZenBusiness was okay but I felt like they kept pushing extras.

Yeah, they have phone support. I called them once about a weird mail forward and got someone right away. No endless menus either.

It's a physical street address, not a PO box. That's part of the registered agent requirement.
